Community Outdoor Activities
Recently we took part in the 3 Peak Challenge with 'We go outside too' a Community Interest Company based in Birmingham. Founded in 2020 by Marlon Patrice who lost his son to knife crime and so decided to bring nature to the community by aligning mental and physical wellbeing therapy with outdoor activities.

Charity Events
Holistic Living with Jazz recently provided a Wellness Workshop for a Luton-based Charity called 'Change Grow Live'. The event was part of their 'Work Away Day', in which they invest in the staff's mental health and well-being whilst sponsoring working together more productively. One of our holistic practitioner's Anne provided a Meditation & Sound bath session.

Occupational wellness is one of the 8 pillars of Holistic wellness and is of great value in helping improve mental health, a general sense of well-being, and greater productivity, at work or home.

Nomadic Communities
Whilst staying out in Rhodes (Greece) I connected with an amazing community called 'Digital Nomads'.

Rhodes Digital Nomads is the first hub and community for digital nomads and remote workers in Rhodes (Greece).
​
They connect people from all walks of life, organising social activities, like yoga and dinners to beach clean ups in the local area.

I am a certified Holistic Health Practitioner, and a member of the IPHM (International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine) associations worldwide and I am an approved practitioner.
I have been immersed in the Holistic World for over 10 years now.
Embarking on my own healing journey, from attending annual Retreats, practicing yoga, health, fitness, and having my own mentor which I still have till this very day.
